It is the policy of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (“Panacea,”) as a business associate to cover entities, to ensure the privacy and security of protected patient health information (PHI) and electronic protected health information (“ePHI”). Panacea maintains reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of PHI and ePHI.

Panacea policies and procedures:

1. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all ePHI that a Panacea Healthcare Solutions, Inc. or business associate creates, receives, maintains or transmits.

2. Protect against any reasonably anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information.

3. Protect against any reasonably anticipated uses or disclosures of such information that are not permitted or required by the Privacy Rule.

4. Ensure compliance by all workforce members.
