President and General Manager
Ted has been in the healthcare industry for two-plus decades, joining Panacea Healthcare Solutions as President and General Manager in 2018. Beginning his career at Shared Medical Systems in tech support Ted cultivated a deep appreciation for healthcare and its relevance in each of our lives.
Having held executive leadership positions in sales, service, and operations Ted has been an integral part of three successful start-ups as well as large healthcare service organizations delivering services to health systems, hospitals, ACO’s and physicians throughout the United States. He has spent the last 18 years in the revenue cycle marketplace. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Fred, one of the nation’s leading experts on hospital pricing, has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has been actively involved in the establishment of six successful companies, including Panacea Healthcare Solutions, which he founded in 2007, RACmonitor in 2008, and Innovative Health Solutions in 2002. He is a published author, popular speaker at industry conventions, and has served as a board member and consultant for several companies. Fred holds a degree in accounting from Stockton State College.
Gregory M. Adams
Senior Vice President
Greg has over 35 years of experience in the field of healthcare, including 20 years experience as a hospital CFO and 10 years as the partner in a healthcare consulting company. His experience includes financial operations, managed care contracting, physician practice management, patient accounting, patient access, medical records, materials management, and real estate development.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Rebecca is a co-founder of Panacea and was instrumental in establishing a strong financial, operational, and marketing base from which the company operates today under her direction. Rebecca has over 18 years experience in business analysis, operations, and marketing. Her expertise includes business strategy development, project management, database management, product fulfillment, and strategic partnership development.
Senior Vice President, Coding & Documentation
Kathy is a proven leader in healthcare revenue cycle management with extensive experience in management, project implementation, coding, billing, physician documentation improvement, compliance audits, and education. She has trained and managed health information management (HIM) professionals in multiple environments and has provided compliance auditing and documentation education to hundreds of physicians and coders throughout her career.
Senior Vice President, Sales
John has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with 8 years working in clinical settings and more than 12 working in healthcare financial auditing, consulting, and technology sales. Prior to joining Panacea Healthcare Solutions, Inc., John was the Healthcare Business Development Director at McGladrey where he successfully expanded their regional healthcare footprint to a nationally recognized practice.
Senior Vice President, Financial Services
Mark brings 20 years of healthcare industry experience specializing in finance and reimbursement solutions, financial feasibility studies, and financial projections. In addition, he has overseen budgeting, ICD-10 risk assessment and implementation, Medicare disproportionate share (DSH) reimbursement, and pricing. Before serving as Panacea Senior Vice President of Financial Services, Mark served eight years as a Senior Manager with Deloitte supporting their Medicare DSH services. While at Deloitte, he also served as ICD-10 Divisional Director for a six-hospital health system.
