Chief Executive Officer

Kevin has over 25 years of experience building and leading healthcare revenue cycle software and services companies. As CEO of Panacea, Kevin sets the strategic direction and vision for the firm, which includes customer success, business development and M&A activities.

Before joining Panacea, Kevin served as President and CEO of revenue cycle technology and services provider Aergo Solutions from 2010 until its acquisition in 2022. In addition, Kevin has held several prominent executive-level positions in the revenue cycle management industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at MedAssets (now Savista) and established the A/R Services division at MD-X Solutions, a firm that was eventually acquired by MedAssets.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University and has earned the designation of Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) with a specialization in Patient Financial Services from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Rebecca Stodolak

Rebecca is a co-founder of Panacea and was instrumental in establishing a strong financial, operational, and marketing base from which the company operates today under her direction. Rebecca has over 18 years experience in business analysis, operations, and marketing. Her expertise includes business strategy development, project management, database management, product fulfillment, and strategic partnership development. Rebecca has an MBA from Babson College, and her undergraduate degree from Hamilton College.

Govind Goyal

President, Financial and Revenue Integrity Services

Govi leads Panacea’s team of financial and revenue integrity experts who strategically partner with hospitals, health systems and other providers to grow their financial and revenue integrity performance, and to comply with recent CMS Price Transparency and other regulations through the use of technology. He has held several leadership roles within the high-tech and big 4 consulting space and served on the provider side working for large academic and not-for-profit community-based health care systems.

President, Revenue Integrity Services

BreAnn Meadows is the President of Panacea’s Revenue Integrity Services Division. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle, Bre has held executive-level positions in various organizations. She has extensive knowledge in Chargemaster Optimization software and service, Coding Audits and Education, and Comprehensive Compliance Software. Bre has also served as a speaker for various healthcare organizations and is a current board member and Fellow of the Philadelphia HFMA chapter.

Will Tassinari

Will Tassinari

Chief Technology Officer

Will brings over 20 years of experience in technical strategy and implementation at finance and healthcare companies. As Chief Technology Officer, Will leads the technical team at Panacea, overseeing the build out of the company’s suite of software applications from concept to delivery to industry leader. With a background in software engineering coupled with an Isenberg School of Management education, Will excels at integrating a company’s unique business needs into long-term technical solutions. At Panacea, Will for more than ten years has created a business-aligned, security-focused IT strategy and roadmap that guides both Panacea and its clients through the ever-changing health information technology landscape.

Paula Schmidt, MBA, PMP

Paula Schmidt, MBA, PMP

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Paula serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Panacea, bringing over 25 years of experience in the business-to-business environment from small startups to Fortune 50 companies. At Panacea, Paula leads the sales team to oversee the sales process optimization, lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving annual sales quotas. She is also responsible for developing and deploying the annual marketing program and budget, including digital marketing, conference management, social media initiatives, thought-leadership content, demand generation and media relations. Paula holds an MBA in executive management from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of the Pacific and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
