Paula serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Panacea, bringing over 25 years of experience in the business-to-business environment from small startups to Fortune 50 companies. At Panacea, Paula leads the sales team to oversee the sales process optimization, lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving annual sales quotas. She is also responsible for developing and deploying the annual marketing program and budget, including digital marketing, conference management, social media initiatives, thought-leadership content, demand generation and media relations. Paula holds an MBA in executive management from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of the Pacific, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
John has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with 8 years working in clinical settings and more than 12 working in healthcare financial auditing, consulting, and technology sales. Prior to joining Panacea, John was the Healthcare Business Development Director at McGladrey where he successfully expanded their regional healthcare footprint to a nationally recognized practice.
For over a decade, Joe has worked in healthcare and technology. As a Consultant in Accenture’s healthcare practice, Joe supported Fortune 500 providers, payers and pharmaceutical companies. Working with several early and growth stage HealthTech companies such as Caremerge, Lumere and GHX, he has developed and commercialized solutions in Product Management and Sales Advisor positions. Joe is also an active member of the American Heart Association since 2015, and currently serves as the North Florida HFMA Education Committee Chair, as well as volunteering for the NY Metro HFMA Revenue Cycle Committee. As Director of Business Development for the Eastern and Southern regions, Joe will bring his expertise to enable health systems with financial solutions and consulting services to meet the demands in the mid-revenue cycle.
Joe earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds his PMP certification.
Maureen brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare software and service business development to her role at Panacea. She has an in-depth understanding of healthcare’s core business processes for successful solution selling and is adept at overcoming complex business and IT challenges. As a trusted resource to her clients, Maureen works with large organizations to understand their needs and find the right solution. Prior to joining Panacea, Maureen worked for QuadraMed, TruCode, and Career Step’s Professional Corporate Training division. Maureen holds a BS from the U.C. Davis and is active in both national and state/regional AHIMA chapters.
