BESLER acquires majority ownership in Panacea Healthcare Solutions Inc.

December 12, 2019 – BESLER, a market leader in revenue recovery and hospital reimbursement solutions, today announced an agreement to acquire majority ownership of Panacea Healthcare Solutions Inc. (“Panacea”), a leader in hospital and physician revenue cycle services and supporting technology.

This partnership will support Panacea’s growth and deliver a wider array of products and services to the respective organizations’ customers through a strategic operating arrangement.

Panacea will continue to operate under its current leadership reporting to the board with majority BESLER representation. Frederick Stodolak, a healthcare industry veteran with 30 years of financial and software development experience, will lead Panacea as Chief Executive Officer.
