Panacea to Host Free Webinar on the Hospital Price Transparency 2026 OPPS Proposed Rule

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released its 2026 Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Proposed Rule, introducing substantial changes to Hospital Price Transparency compliance requirements. Among these are replacing the Estimated Allowed Amount field with four new data elements and, for the first time, naming hospital CEOs or senior officials directly on the Machine-Readable File (MRF), signaling a new level of leadership accountability.
