Held at the Panacea headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, this one-day session will provide actionable information regarding correct and compliant code assignment for Radiological procedures, covering “hot-button” coding issues as well as what’s on the horizon.
Panacea’s expert team—Donna Richmond, Cathy Huyghe, and Jeff Majchrzak—will pull from their extensive experience in the radiology industry to offer insights applicable for attendees focused on hospital (i.e., UB04 form) or professional (i.e., 1500 form) coding and billing.

Speaker Biographies:
Jeff Majchrzak, BA, CIRCC, RCC Vice President, Radiology and Cardiology Consulting Services
Jeff is the technical editor for Panacea‘s CPT Coding and Regulatory Compliance for Radiology; the author of the Study Guide for the Radiology Coding Certification Board Exam, Interventional Coder, Nuclear Medicine and CT/MRI Coder manuals; and a co-author of the Mammography Coder, Ultrasound Coder, Peripheral and Cardiology Coder manuals as well as both the test and study guide for AAPC’s Certified Interventional Radiology Cardiovascular Coder (CIRCC) credential. Jeff also performs a variety of IR and Cardiology services coding audits and is a nationally recognized speaker.
Cathy Huyghe, CPC, Senior Healthcare Consultant
Catherine Huyghe has 30+ years of experience in the Interventional Radiology and Cardiology auditing, revenue cycle, and management industry and is a Certified Procedural Coder (CPC). In her role as consultant, Cathy performs procedure based CPT procedure and ICD-10 diagnosis coding audits of cardiology, interventional radiology, image guided invasive procedures; radiology chargemaster assessments; reviews for regulatory agency compliance; and administrative policies and procedures evaluations. She also assists in the development of compliance programs and conducts Interventional Radiology and Cardiology educational training seminars.
Donna Richmond, BA, RCC, CPC, CIRCC, Senior Healthcare Consultant
Donna’s more than 20 years of experience in billing, coding, and compliance include positions as coding services manager for a computer-assisted coding company (directing 30+ coders and assisting clients with coding questions) and billing, coding and compliance responsibilities for a practice management / billing company. Donna is a past member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) Programs committee and chairman of the Coding sub-committee. She was the Radiology Coding Certification Board’s RBMA Liaison for two years and previously served on the Education committee. In addition to Donna’s coding hotline responsibilities for Panacea, she performs a variety of radiology and cardiology audits and contributes to several publications and webcasts.
